Raglan Sleeves:
Raglan sleeves provide greater comfort than traditional set‑in sleeves, particularly for wearers who spend time reclined or resting on their side.

Button Closure:
A singular, generously sized button at the collar allows the coat to be worn open or closed, accommodating wearers with limited dexterity or requiring assistance.

Versatile Length:
Following a 7/8 standard, sleeve, leg and body lengths are intentionally versatile, sitting at 3/4 on some wearers and full length on others. Each pattern is measured to deliver a balanced, deliberate fit across different body types.

Comforting Weight:
The heavier-weight material supports a sense of groundedness, drawing on evidence that weighted fabrics can help regulate the nervous system and ease anxiety, while remaining breathable for transeasonal wear.

Our fabric is custom-knitted, dyed and treated to our unique specifications at a small mill in Melbourne, Australia. The FSC Certified Viscose blend is breathable, soft yet durable and offers a natural drape for all-day comfort, effortless movement and minimised creasing.

We understand this may not be practical for all wearers, so each piece has been tested under more robust laundering conditions, such as those common in shared or assisted care settings. While these harsher cycles can result in up to 10% shrinkage (primarily in length), our patterns are designed with this allowance, ensuring the garments remain beautiful and well-fitting after wash and wear. If shrinking results, we recommend hanging garments to encourage additional drop post-wash and dry.
