In this Returns Policy, 'us' 'we' or 'our' means A.E Smith & D.Z Yeoh (ABN 37 138 198 567) trading as Mita Collective.

1. General conditions
Returning an online order is easy, simply try your new item in the comfort of your own home. If you want to return your item for a refund, store credit or exchange it for a replacement item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via our Contact Us page at Contact Us – Mita.

2. Eligible returns
You can return your item for a refund, store credit or exchange it for a replacement item if the item purchased is unworn, in pristine condition, in its original packaging, and with tags and labels still attached.

3. What is the return period?
To initiate the return or exchange process, contact us via our Contact Us page at Contact Us – Mita within 3 days of receiving your order together with:

(a) your order number;
(b) the reason for your return or request for exchange; and
(c) whether you require a refund, store credit or exchange.

Pending approval of your request, the item must be received by us within 7 days of acceptance.  

4. How do I return my order?  
Once your request for a refund, store credit or exchange has been approved by us, return your item via tracked post in a suitable box or satchel to the address we provide you upon approval within 7 days of acceptance.

For refunds, once your item has been received and we have conducted our quality check and are satisfied that the item is eligible for a refund in accordance with this policy, we will arrange for a refund to be processed.

For store credits, once your item has been received and we have conducted our quality check and are satisfied that the item is eligible for a store credit in accordance with this policy, we will arrange for a store credit to be processed.

For exchanges, once we have received your item, completed our quality check, and confirmed that it is eligible for exchange under this policy and that the requested replacement item is in stock, we will dispatch your new order with complimentary shipping if your order is over $300.00.

5. How much do returns / exchanges cost?
Return shipping fees are at your expense. Once your returned item has been received and we have conducted our quality check and are satisfied that the item is eligible for an exchange in accordance with this policy, we will dispatch your new order with complimentary shipping if your order is over $300.00.
